1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NARAKO SUSHI LLC (“Narako,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing narakosushi.xyz (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides company information, studio descriptions, policies, and contact and support routes. It does not provide user accounts, online ordering, payment processing, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Site in violation of law or another person's rights;
• upload malicious code, probe security, or interfere with normal operation;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization;
• use automated means to extract content except as allowed by law or written permission;
• attempt to bypass access controls or security measures; or
• use the Site to distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

5. Correspondence you send

You retain ownership of material you send to us. You permit us to process and reproduce that material only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate a request, maintain appropriate records, or comply with law. You are responsible for having the right to send the material and should not include sensitive credentials.

6. Our content and intellectual property

The Site, including its visual design, logos, copy, and original content, is owned by NARAKO SUSHI LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for its intended informational purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how website-related information is handled. The Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion of eligible correspondence data.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their independent content, availability, or conduct.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue Site content to maintain accuracy, address security or legal requirements, or reflect technical constraints. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Site information is general and is not medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NARAKO SUSHI LLC and its members, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify NARAKO SUSHI LLC from claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material you submit, or your material breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
