What this covers: This website does not provide user accounts. Use the steps below to request deletion of eligible personal information contained in contact, support, privacy, or accessibility correspondence.

How to submit a deletion request

1. Email harrington@narakosushi.xyz with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Send the request from the email address used in the correspondence, when possible.
3. Describe the message, date range, or request that contains the information.
4. State whether you want all eligible correspondence deleted or only a specific category of information.

Verification and timing

To protect personal information from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm control of the email address used in the correspondence or provide limited details that identify the relevant record. Verified requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.

What is deleted

For a verified request, we delete or de-identify eligible contact and support correspondence under our control that is not required for another lawful purpose. If you request deletion of a specific category, we will delete that category where technically and legally possible.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal claims, or legal compliance. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable requirement ends. De-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may also be retained.

Website security logs

Routine server logs may be controlled by the hosting provider and removed according to its operational schedule. A request should include enough information to identify a relevant security event, but some logs may not be reasonably searchable by name or email address.
